1. Who we are
GamePix KIDS is operated by GamePix S.r.l., registered office at Via Marsala 29h, 00185 Rome, Italy, registered with the Companies Register of Rome under REA RM-1365971, VAT and tax code 12327731001, share capital € 15,232.00 fully paid.
Contact for any matter, including legal notices: info@gamepix.com.
2. The service
GamePix KIDS gives free access, through a web browser, to a small curated selection of games chosen as suitable for young children. There is no charge, no registration, no advertising and nothing to install. We sell nothing on this site, no payment is ever requested, and no contract for the supply of goods or paid services is concluded here.
3. Who may use it
This section is intended for children playing with the awareness of a parent, guardian or teacher. Using the site requires nothing from the child and places no obligation on them, so we do not treat a child’s use as the conclusion of a contract. Where these terms create obligations, they bind the adult who makes the service available to the child, and that adult accepts them on the child’s behalf. Nothing here is aimed at obtaining a commitment from a minor.
4. What you may and may not do
You may play the games as much as you like, and you may link to this site. You may not:
- copy, download, decompile, reverse engineer, republish or redistribute the games or any part of this site;
- frame or embed this site or the games on another site without our written permission;
- use automated means to scrape, mirror or harvest the catalogue;
- interfere with the operation or security of the service, or try to reach any part of it that is not meant to be public;
- use the service in any way that is unlawful or that could harm a child.
5. Our rules and how we apply them
Every game published here is reviewed by a person before it appears, against the criteria set out on the parents page. We remove a game, at our discretion and without prior notice, where it turns out to contain violence, frightening content, gambling mechanics, advertising, purchases, links out, requests for personal information, or anything else unsuitable for young children, and where it infringes someone’s rights or breaks the law.
These decisions are taken by our content team. We do not use automated moderation tools to make them, and no automated system removes a game on its own.
If you are the developer of a game we removed and you consider the decision wrong, write to the reporting address below explaining why. We will look at it again and answer you with reasons.
6. Reporting content
Anyone can tell us about content on this site that they consider illegal or unsuitable for children. Write to info@gamepix.com and include:
- the name of the game or the address of the page;
- an explanation of what is wrong and, if you say it is illegal, why you believe so;
- your name and email address, so that we can confirm the outcome to you. You do not need to give your name where the report concerns material involving a child.
We confirm receipt without undue delay and we decide in a timely, diligent, non-arbitrary and objective manner, normally within five working days. We tell you what we decided and on what grounds. Where we act, we also inform the developer concerned and explain how they can contest it.
7. Points of contact
For notices, questions about these terms and communications from public authorities: info@gamepix.com, or the registered office above. We accept and answer communications in Italian and in English.
8. Ownership
The GamePix name, the GamePix logo and the design of this site belong to GamePix. Each game, including its code, artwork, characters, music and sound, belongs to its developer or their licensors and is made available here under licence. Nothing on this page transfers any of those rights to you.
If you hold rights in material published here and believe it is used without authorisation, write to info@gamepix.com identifying the work, the page concerned and the basis of your claim. We act on well-founded notices promptly.
9. Availability and changes
The service is provided as it is and as it is available. We may add, change or remove games at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue this section. We do not promise that a particular game will stay available, or that the service will be uninterrupted or free of errors.
We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects users’ rights or obligations, we will publish the new version here at least fifteen days before it applies and update the effective date at the top. The version in force at any time is the one published on this page.
10. Liability
This is a free service. We provide it with reasonable care but without warranties of any kind.
To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, which cannot be excluded in advance under Article 1229 of the Italian Civil Code, nor our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor any other liability that the applicable law does not allow to be limited or excluded.
We are not responsible for the content of a game beyond the review described on the parents page, and we do not control the devices, networks or parental settings through which the site is reached.
11. Consumer rights, governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of Italy. Where you use the site as a consumer, Article 6 of Regulation (EC) 593/2008 applies: that choice cannot deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you habitually reside, and those rules continue to apply to you in full.
Disputes may be brought before the courts of Rome. Where you are a consumer this does not restrict your rights under Articles 17 to 19 of Regulation (EU) 1215/2012: you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you are domiciled, and we may bring proceedings against you only there. Any clause in these terms that would have a different effect does not apply to consumers.
If you are unhappy with how we handled something, write to us first, as most matters are resolved that way. If that does not settle it, you may be entitled to use an out-of-court dispute resolution scheme available in your country; the consumer authorities where you live can identify the competent body.
12. Transparency about AI-assisted content
Some visual assets (such as game icons, banners and promotional images) and game descriptions on this website may be created or enhanced with the assistance of generative AI tools. All AI-assisted content is reviewed by our team before publication.
